Havok Designs ships using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail Flat Rate service. I have found that USPS's shipping costs are the cheapest comparatively. If you prefer another carrier, contact me to revise shipping costs. Costs vary per size of piece. I carefully wrap and inspect each order prior to shipping. Orders will ship within five to seven days of received payment. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for custom orders. Don't hesitate to contact me with any shipping questions you may have. Gift Wrapping is available upon request.

P R O C E S S I N G: Any purchases made prior to 5 pm EST, USA will be processed that day. Any purchases made after 5 pm EST, USA will be processed on the following business day.

M A D E   T O   O R D E R: Please allow up to two weeks for the creation of Custom Made to Order items prior to shipment, however most take about 4-6 business days. Feel free to contact me regarding a specific items turn-around time, or if you need the item to be created more quickly and I will do my best to fulfill your needs. Once a custom order has been purchased and created, I cannot cancel the sale. Unless the item arrives defective or the design/item is not as agreed upon by customer and seller, no cancellation or refunds will be given of any kind. Please contact me with any questions regarding this issue.

C U S T O M   L I S T I N G S: I do NOT renew or relist custom listings. If you have a custom listing that has expired or is now deactivated and you are ready to purchase, please contact me to renew the listing.
